Appeal by defendant from an order of the County Court, Kings County, dated April 4, 1960, denying without a hearing his coram nobis application to vacate a judgment of said court, rendered June 4, 1959, on his plea of guilty, convicting him of possession of burglars' tools as a misdemeanor, and sentencing him to serve an indefinite term in the New York City Penitentiary, pursuant to article 7-A of the Correction Law. Order affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Christ and Pette, JJ., concur.
