PEOPLE OF CITY OF TAYLOR v. ERIC JOSEPH MARTIN

LC No. 2024-002448-SM

ORDER

Stephen L. Borrello, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the October 7, 2024 order identified as the order appealed from is a matter before the district court and, therefore, is not an order that is appealable of right to this Court. MCR 7.203(A)(1)(a). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of an appeal in the proper circuit court. See MCR 7.103.
