ORDER

The "motion to compel production of certificate" is DENIED as moot, court reporter Shellie R. Sanders (CER 7667) having filed the certificate of ordering transcripts on September 1, 2023 at 7:19 p.m.

Further, on its own motion, pursuant to MCR 7.210(B)(3)(f), this Court orders that court reporter Shellie R. Sanders (CER 7667) is ASSESSED COSTS of $100 as a sanction for her failure to file the certificate in this appeal in a timely manner. The transcripts were ordered by the trial court on July 24, 2023. MCR 7.210(B)(3)(a) requires the certificate to be filed within 7 days after a transcript is ordered. The certificate was not filed until September 1, 2023. The $100 in assessed costs shall be paid to the Clerk of the Court within 21 days of the Clerk's certification of this order.

A copy of this order shall be furnished to the Chief Judge Susan Beebe Jordan of the Fourth Circuit Court, to Judge Michael J. Klaeren of the Twelfth District Court, and to the State Court Administrative Office.
