Decision of this court dated March 10, 1967 [ 27 A.D.2d 889], rescinded, and application for permission to proceed as a poor person upon appeal from a resentence imposed in the County Court of Columbia County on the 12th day of December, 1966 granted. The appeal may be perfected upon one typewritten copy of the record and six typewritten copies of the brief and appendix. The Public Defender of the County of Columbia has appeared for defendant upon this appeal. Gibson, P.J., Herlihy, Reynolds, Aulisi and Staley, Jr., JJ., concur.
