The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Shaun Martin, Defendant-Appellant.


Defendant-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about November 4, 2016, and from the order, same court and Justice, entered on or about May 4, 2018, which denied defendant's motion pursuant to CPL 440.10,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the consolidated appeals to the September 2019 Term.
