DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to relieve assigned counsel and to proceed pro se on appeal, and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, only to the extent that assigned counsel is relieved from any further obligation to represent appellant upon this appeal, and it is further

ORDERED that appellant's poor person status is continued and he is authorized to proceed pro se, and it is further

ORDERED that assigned counsel shall forthwith deliver to appellant any and all documents and other items in their possession relative to this appeal, and it is further

ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to May 1, 2019.
