DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file exhibits to his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered January 5, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the Clerk of the Court, or her designee, shall append the photo array or "photographic line-up admonition" to the copies of the supplemental brief filed with this Court, and the motion is otherwise denied.
