[In each action] Decision of this court, handed down January 17, 1961 ( 12 A.D.2d 860), insofar as it assigned M. Andrew Dwyer, Jr., as counsel for appellants vacated and set aside and Con G. Cholakis, Esq., 315 River Street, Troy, New York, is assigned as counsel for appellants to prosecute the appeals. Time to perfect appeals extended for 90 days.
