Judgment of the County Court of Queens County, convicting defendant of the crimes of burglary in the first degree, robbery in the first degree, grand larceny in the first degree, and assault in the second degree, and sentencing him to imprisonment in Sing Sing State Prison for indeterminate concurrent terms of not less than ten years nor more than twenty years, unanimously affirmed. No opinion.
