THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT v. JENNIFER MARCHANT, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief on the appeal taken from a judgment of the Niagara County Court, rendered March 26, 2014,

Now upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jennifer Marchant sworn to April 27, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the Clerk of the Court is directed to accept the 10 copies of a pro se supplemental brief, filed on May 1, 2017, and

It is further ORDERED that respondent shall file a response to the pro se supplemental brief, if any, on or before June 1, 2017.
