DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
The above named appellant having appealed to this court from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of New Rochelle, Westchester County rendered on May 14, 2010, and;
Now, on the court's own motion, it is,
ORDERED that the previously assigned counsel, Abraham Mayers, Esq. is relieved of representing the appellant on the appeal and RICHARD L. HERZFELD, ESQ. located at 61 BROADWAY, SUITE 1601, NEW YORK, NEW YORK 10006 is assigned pursuant to article 18-B of the County Law; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected expeditiously; and it is further,
ORDERED that the previous attorney shall provide new counsel assigned pursuant to article 18-B with all papers.
