May 7, 1984
101 A.D.2d 817 (N.Y. App. Div. 1984)

Opinion

May 7, 1984

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Felig, J., at plea; Owens, J., at sentence), rendered April 24, 1981, convicting him of robbery in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. ¶ Judgment affirmed. ¶ We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no meritorious issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v California, 386 U.S. 738; People v Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631; cf. People v Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606). Mollen, P.J., Titone, Lazer and Mangano, JJ., concur.
