ORDER

By order of April 2, 2021, the application for leave to appeal the October 29, 2020 judgment of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v Hawkins (Docket No. 161243). On order of the Court, the motion to amend the application is GRANTED. The case of People v Hawkins having been decided on May 28, 2021, 507 Mich. 949 (2021), the application is again considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.305(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of Hawkins. The motions to expand the record, to compel discovery, to remand, and to stay in abeyance are DENIED.

Zahra and Viviano, JJ, would deny leave to appeal.
