ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court September 5, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 12, 2018, is amended by deleting from the first sentence thereof the date "April 12, 2016" and substituting therefor the date "April 12, 2018."
