ORDER

The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.

The motion to remand to correct the record is DENIED.

The motion to remand to the trial court for an evidentiary hearing and decision pursuant to People v Ginther, 390 Mich. 436 (1973), on whether defendant was denied the effective assistance of counsel is DENIED.

The delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED because defendant has failed to establish that the trial court erred in denying the successive motion for relief from judgment. MCR 6.502(G).
