ORDER

The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.

To the extent defendant seeks delayed leave to appeal the trial court's denial of his request for restoration of appellate rights pursuant to MCR 6.428, the delayed application is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented. To the extent defendant seeks delayed leave to appeal the denial of his motion for relief from judgment, the delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED because defendant has failed to establish that the trial court erred in denying the motion for relief from judgment.
