Opinion

SC: 161145 COA: 351597

10-27-2020

PEOPLE of the State of Michigan, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. Adam Donald LUTZ, Defendant-Appellant.

Order

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the February 26, 2020 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because the defendant has failed to meet the burden of establishing entitlement to relief under MCR 6.508(D), and we are not persuaded that the question presented regarding the order denying the motion to quash or modify court-ordered reimbursement of fees should be reviewed by this Court.
