Withdrawal of counsel allowed by order
Good cause appearing, the application of appointed counsel for permission to withdraw as attorney of record for appellant Johnathan Ross Luther, filed March 14, 2018, is granted. The order appointing Ronald S. Smith as appellate counsel of record for appellant Johnathan Ross Luther, filed June 22, 2011, is hereby vacated.
Cliff Gardner is hereby appointed to represent appellant Johnathan Ross Luther as appellate counsel of record for the direct appeal in the above automatic appeal now pending in this court.
