Judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting defendant of a violation of section 1140 of the Penal Law, unanimously affirmed. Appeal from the sentence dismissed. The proof with regard to other offenses and the amendment of the information, while erroneous, did not prejudice the rights of the defendant by reason of his admissions of guilt.
