Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge accepted the parties' Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended respondent, Richard Anthony Lucero, from the practice of law for ninety days with sixty days of the suspension stayed, followed by one year probation subject to certain conditions. Respondent inadequately prepared a real estate deed and engaged in a sexual relationship with a client in violation of Colo. RPC 1.1, prior DR 1-102(A)(1), prior DR 1-102(A)(6), and DR 5-101(A).
