Defendant-respondent Brian Scott Lorenzo having moved to dismiss the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered August 23, 2023, on the ground that appellant has failed to timely perfect the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed without further order unless perfected on or before May 31, 2024.
