People v. Lopez

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Feb 10, 1986
117 A.D.2d 680 (N.Y. App. Div. 1986)

Opinion

February 10, 1986

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Kings County (De Lury, J.).

Judgment affirmed.

The majority of defendant's contentions were addressed in the decision affirming the conviction of his codefendant (see, People v. Ponton, 90 A.D.2d 799) and are no more compelling on the instant appeal.

Defendant's remaining contentions have been considered and have been found to be without merit. Gibbons, J.P., Thompson, Niehoff and Kunzeman, JJ., concur.
