Extension of time granted
Based upon counsel Joseph Baxter's representation that appellant Bobby Lopez's opening brief is anticipated to be filed by April 5, 2023, an extension of time in which to serve and file that brief is granted to February 6, 2023. After that date, only one further extension totaling about 58 additional days will be granted.
