Extension of time granted
Based upon counsel Joseph G. Baxter's representation that appellant Bobby Lopez's opening brief is anticipated to be filed by August 8, 2022, an extension of time in which to serve and file that brief is granted to June 3, 2022. After that date, only one further extension totaling about 65 additional days is contemplated.
