Based upon counsel Joseph G. Baxter's representation that appellant Bobby Lopez's opening brief is anticipated to be filed by May 31, 2022, an extension of time in which to serve and file that brief is granted to April 4, 2022. After that date, only one further extension totaling about 57 additional days is contemplated.
