Dismissed and remanded to CA 6. Review in the above-captioned matter is dismissed in light of this court's decision in People v. DeHoyos (2018) 4 Cal.5th 594, 229 Cal.Rptr.3d 687, 412 P.3d 368. ( Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(b).) Corrigan, J., was absent and did not participate.
