ORDER MODIFYING OPINION
THE COURT*:
It is ordered that the opinion, filed herein on September 26, 2012, be modified as follows:
1. On page 2 of the typed opinion, first paragraph, third sentence, following the word "challenges," insert "denial of the motion to suppress and" so the sentence reads:
The court suspended imposition of sentence and placed Lopez on probation for three years and on appeal she challenges denial of the motion to suppress and one condition of her probation as being overly vague.
2. On page 12 of the typed opinion, first full paragraph beginning with "Lopez argues," in the second sentence, following the word "it," delete the word "court" so the sentence reads:
While the trial court did state that it was "discounting that because that was after all the hoop-la of stopping to get what I needed," Officer Maddox in fact testified about "officer safety" both before and after the recess.
There is no change in the judgment.
