Present — Finch, P.J., Merrell, O'Malley, Sherman and Townley, JJ.


While we strongly disapprove of the conduct of the court and defendant's trial counsel, the judgment of conviction must be affirmed, pursuant to section 542 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, because of the clear guilt of the defendant.
