DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Ronald Long III from an order of the County Court, Westchester County, dated November 6, 2020. By order to show cause dated April 21, 2021, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that the order dated November 6, 2020, is neither appealable as of right nor by permission.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).
