ORDER

Christopher M. Murray, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to extend time to file transcripts is GRANTED for Court Reporters Gary Coury (R 3827), Reporter Regenia Veasy (R 2350) having filed an amended certificate stating there are no notes for the hearings she was assigned. The time for filing the transcripts is EXTENDED until October 25, 2024. If the transcripts are not filed by that date, this case will be submitted on the involuntary dismissal docket. See MCR 7.217 and Internal Operating Procedure 7.217.

The Clerk's Office is directed to email a copy of this order to Court Reporters Coury and Veasy.
