Application by the appellant for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this court dated July 20, 1998, (People v. Yi Hi Lin, 252 A.D.2d 564), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 25, 1995.

Yi Hi Lin, a/k/a Yi He Lin, Wallkill, N.Y., appellant pro se.
