THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on October 7, 2011, be modified in the following particulars:

On page 12, the last sentence of the DISPOSITION commencing with “The trial court” is deleted and the following sentence is inserted in its place:

The trial court is ordered to exonerate the bail bond.

There is no change in the judgment. Appellant’s petition for rehearing is denied.
