Appeal by defendant from an order of the County Court, Kings County, made June 7, 1960 after a hearing, denying his coram nobis application to vacate a judgment of said court, rendered December 15, 1953, after a jury trial, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, grand larceny in the first degree and assault in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to serve a term of 15 to 20 years. Order affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Christ and Pette, JJ., concur.
