THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. MICHAEL LEWIS, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve response papers with respect to defendant's application pursuant to CPL 460.15 seeking permission to appeal from the order of Ontario County Court dated January 6, 2017,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of James B. Ritts, Esq. sworn to July 10, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time to file and serve a response to said motion is extended to August 25, 2017, and

It is further ORDERED that the defendant shall file a reply, if any, on or before September 11, 2017.
