ORDER

The motions to show cause Court Reporters Regenia S. Veasy (R 2350) and Gary Coury (R 3827) are treated as motions to extend time for filing the transcripts and are GRANTED. The time for filing the transcripts is EXTENDED to December 10, 2024. If the transcripts are not filed by that date, this case will be submitted on the involuntary dismissal docket. See MCR 7.217 and Internal Operating Procedure 7.217.

Court Reporters Regenia S. Veasy (R 2350) and Gary Coury (R 3827) are each ASSESSED costs in the amount of $50 as a sanction for the failure to comply with the duties under MCR 7.210(B)(3) and the failure to file an answer to the motion to show cause or other applicable motion. The costs shall be paid to the Clerk of the Court within 21 days of the Clerk's certification of this order.

A copy of this order will be transmitted to Third Judicial Circuit Court Chief Judge Patricia P. Fresard; Third Judicial Circuit Court Presiding Judge Donald L. Knapp; Judge Chandra W. Baker-Robinson; Robin Wolfert, SCAO; and Third Judicial Circuit Court Director, Case Processing and Court Reporting Services Nancy Hames.
