ORDER

By order of October 27, 2021, the application for leave to appeal the May 13, 2021 judgment of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v Johnson (Docket No. 163073). On order of the Court, leave to appeal having been denied in Johnson on July 7, 2023, 511 Mich. 1047 (2023), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this Court.
