In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fourth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Lewis , case No. 4-18-0595 (11/19/20). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this Court's opinion in People v. Stewart , 2022 IL 126116, on the issue of whether the defendant is eligible for Class X sentencing and determine if a different result is warranted.
