ORDER

On order of the Court, the motion for reconsideration of this Court's July 6, 2021 order is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that reconsideration of our previous order is warranted. MCR 7.311(G). The motion to supplement and amend request is DENIED, without prejudice to the defendant's ability to file a motion for relief from judgment pursuant to MCR 6.501 et seq. that may include any claim based on the supplemental material filed with this Court.
