ORDER

On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal the October 4, 2023 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. The motions for counsel, for change of venue, to disqualify the circuit court judge, to disqualify the prosecution, to disqualify the assistant prosecutor, to remand, and to vacate lower court orders are DENIED.
