ORDER

The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.

The motion for peremptory reversal pursuant to MCR 7.211(C)(4) is GRANTED for the reason that the trial court failed to provide a legal rationale for placing on appellant Michigan Department of Corrections the responsibility of transporting defendant from Arizona to Michigan once defendant is released from incarceration in Arizona.

The trial court's January 5, 2022 order denying defendant's motion for bond and motion for stay is REVERSED and the cause is REMANDED. This order is to have immediate effect. MCR 7.215(F)(2).

We do not retain jurisdiction.
