On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 14, 2013, in the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered September 21, 2010, is amended by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the date "July 15, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "July 26, 2013."
