PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from an order of Ontario County Court dated May 14, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Dale F. Leeson, sworn to August 10, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the dismissal of the appeal is vacated on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before November 30, 2015.
