In light of the decisions in Davis n. Washington (2006) ___ U.S. ___, 126 S.Ct. 2266, 165 L.Ed.2d 224 and People v. Cage (2007) 40 Cal.4th 965, 56 Cal.Rptr.3d 789, 155 P.3d 205, review in the aboveentitled matter is dismissed. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(b)(1).) Cause remanded.
