THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. CHARLES A. LEDGER, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Respondent having moved for an extension of the time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken from a judgment of Orleans County Court, rendered January 17, 2017,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Joseph V. Cardone, Esq., sworn to December 14, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of James M. Specyal, Esq., dated December 26, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time to file and serve a respondent's brief is extended to January 17, 2019, and

It is further ORDERED that the appeal is removed from the calendar for the term of this Court commencing on January 7, 2019, and

It is further ORDERED that the appeal shall be added to the calendar for the term of this Court commencing on February 19, 2019.
