ORDER

The application for leave to appeal is DISMISSED AS MOOT. Because defendant has been sentenced and is no longer on pretrial release, the Court cannot grant defendant relief from the bond condition that prohibits the use of medical marijuana. Barrow v Detroit Election Comm, 305 Mich.App. 649, 659; 854 N.W.2d 489 (2014).
