ORDER
The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.
The motion for stay pending appeal is DENIED.
As to the trial court's July 13, 2023 order denying defendant's motion to quash the information, the application for leave to appeal is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented. See People v Yost, 468 Mich. 122, 124 n 2; 659 N.W.2d 604 (2003). In all other respects, the application for leave to appeal is DENIED for failure to persuade the Court of the need for immediate appellate review.
