On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the November 19, 1999 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is GRANTED, limited to whether the trial court reversibly erred in allowing the prosecutor to cross-examine a defense witness concerning a prior criminal charge for which he was acquitted.
