DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered August 4, 2014, for leave to renew his prior motion pursuant to CPL 460.50 for a stay of execution of a judgment of conviction rendered August 4, 2014, which prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated March 20, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
