THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. RYAN LAWS, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Appellant having moved to consolidate an appeal taken from a judgment of Wayne County Court rendered September 22, 2016 (KA 17-01409) with appeals from orders denying CPL article 440 motions and from a letter dated September 4, 2018 issued by Wayne County Court,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Ryan J. Laws, sworn to September 18, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied.

Memorandum: Appellate review of an order denying a motion made pursuant to CPL 440.10 or 440.20 is authorized by permission of an intermediate appellate court pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15.
