An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about May 20, 2014,
And defendant-appellant having moved to enlarge the record on appeal to include the transcripts of the Grand Jury proceedings, and court appearances, resulting in adjournments, in the Supreme Court, New York County, held on or about April 04, 2013, April 30, 2013, December 9, 2013, January 06, 2014, January 16, 2014 and February 11, 2014, which transcripts are attached as exhibits to the moving papers, and to extend the time in which to perfect the appeal until 60 days after the present motion is decided,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
